Enquiries and ordering through the website

We sell across the globe and we provide a first-come, first-served policy. Due to the exclusive nature of our jewellery that is made in limited quantities, we cannot, therefore, guarantee 100% that we'll have your item in stock when the sale is made, though we take care to keep stocklists updated.

When you place your order we will email you to confirm all the details. 

 

Delivery

We'll deliver your goods as quickly as we can. Items in stock will be despatched within two working days.  All packages are insured and are sent via a 'signed-for' courier. 

 

FREE WORLDWIDE POSTAGE AND PACKING - SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery services in the UK, and International Tracked and Signed (when available) for the rest of the world.

  • UK orders: Free postage and packing, delivery within 3 working days. 

  • European orders: Free postage and packing, delivery within 8 working days. 

  • Rest of the world: Free postage and packing, delivery within 10 working days.

 

WORLDWIDE EXPRESS COURIER - TRACKING AVAILABLE AND SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Using ParcelForce international delivery services, or equivalent.

  • European orders: £55.00, delivery generally within 3 working days.

  • Rest of the world: £55.00, delivery generally within 5 working days.

 

Duties and taxes

All prices are inclusive of any payable value added tax (VAT) in the UK, currently set at 20%. Deliveries outside the UK are not subject to VAT and it will be removed at checkout or refunded to you.

Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

 

Returns or exchange

Returns or exchange of goods must be within 14 days of purchase with valid reasoning. If you are not happy with our goods or need to exchange an item for a different size and the item is unworn and in re-saleable condition, you may cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your item. We request that all goods are returned by recorded delivery within 14 days of the cancellation date and we will make refunds to you within 30 days of the cancellation date.

Sizes can be exchanged according to our stock; if we cannot supply the desired size you will receive a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding any postage costs; we are unable to cover these. 

 

Privacy and security

All customer information will be kept confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.

We do not store your credit card details – we don’t even see them.

All credit and debit card payments are handled by Paypal via a secure server.
